We built Aware with privacy at its core. We don’t collect personal data or track you. Your intentional timers and insights are yours — stored locally on your device.

• We don’t store your journal or mood entries on our servers.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect or store any of your personal data, there's nothing for us to provide access to or delete. Your data remains entirely under your control through Apple's built-in features:

• Access: View your state of mind data directly in Apple Health

• Deletion: Manage or delete your data through Apple Health

• Portability: Export your health data using Apple's export tools

• Control: Manage app permissions through iOS Settings
